برتھ کنٹرول یا contraceptive methods سے مراد وہ مختلف طریقے ہیں جن کی مدد سے آپ جنسی عمل کو پریگنینسی سے محفوظ رکھ سکتے ہیں، عام الفاظ میں بولیں تو بچوں میں وقفے کے طریقے۔
کوئی بھی طریقہ سو فیصد کامیاب نہیں ہوتا، کبھی کبھی طریقے میں استعمال ہونے والی چیز درست نہیں ہوتی، تو کبھی کبھی استعمال کرنے والا جوڑا درست طریقے سے استعمال نہیں کرتا۔ لیکن ایسے طریقے موجود ہیں جن کے نتائج میں 99 فیصد کے قریب کامیابی ہوتی ہے، اور ایک سے زیادہ طریقے بھی استعمال کیے جاسکتے ہیں۔
برتھ کنٹرول کے مختلف طریقے موجود ہیں ، جیسا کہ
1- Birth control pills
یہ گولیوں کی صورت میں مختلف ہارمنونز ہوتے ہیں، جو کہ بیضہ نہیں بننے دیتے، ان گولیوں کا مخصوص دنوں پر مشتمل سائیکل ہوتا ہے، ان دنوں میں ہر دن یہ گولیاں لینی پڑتی ہیں۔
2- Hormone Injections
اس طریقے میں مخصوص ہارمونز انجیکشن کے ذریعے جس میں داخل کیے جاتے ہیں، اور یہ طریقہ عام طور پر ہفتوں تک کارگر رہتا ہے، سو اگر روز روز گولی کھانا مشکل ہے تو کہ طریقہ اپنایا جاسکتا ہے۔
3- Hormone implantation
اس طریقے میں مانع حمل کے ہارمنونز کو جلد کے نیچے چھوٹی سی سرجری سے implant کردیا جاتا ہے، یہ مانع حمل کا ایک لمبے عرصے تک چلنے والا طریقہ ہے، جو کہ مہینوں سے کچھ سالوں تک چلتا ہے۔
4- Copper T
اس طریقے میں مختلف کیمکلز والا ایک چھوٹا سا T shape کا آلہ بچہ دانی میں پلانٹ کردیا جاتا ہے، جو عورت کے تولیدی نظام میں داخل ہونے والے سپرم کو ختم کردیتا ہے، اور یہ طریقہ کئی سالوں تک چلتا ہے۔
5- Condoms
یہ ایک طریقہ کامیاب ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ بہت آسان اور سستا بھی ہے۔ اس وقت مردوں کے ساتھ ساتھ خواتین کے لیے بھی کونڈمز موجود ہیں۔ اس طریقے کا ایک فائدہ یہ بھی ہے کہ یہ بہت سی جنسی عمل سے پھیلنے والی بیماریوں (STDs) سے بھی بچاتا ہے۔ اس وقت ایسے کونڈمز بھی موجود ہیں جو کہ نہ صرف سپرم کو روکتے ہیں، بلکہ اگر کوئی سپرم باہر عورت کے تولیدی نظام میں داخل بھی ہو جائے تو اسے ختم بھی کردیتے ہیں، البتہ ایسے spermicide condoms سے کچھ جوڑوں میں الرجی کی شکایت ہوجاتی ہے، لیکن زیادہ تر کے لیے یہ محفوظ ہیں۔
6- Emergency contraceptive pills
یہ گولیاں غیر محفوظ شدہ جنسی عمل کے بعد لی جاتی ہیں، یعنی کہ جب جنسی عمل میں سے پہلے یا اسکے دوران پریگنینسی سے بچنے کے لیے کوئی حفاظتی اقدام نہ لیا جائے، تو یہ گولیاں استعمال کی جاسکتی ہیں، عام طور پر ان کا سب سے اچھا رزلٹ جنسی عمل کے 24 گھنٹے کے اندر اندر آتا ہے۔
7- Surgery
سرجری کے ذریعے بھی اپ پریگنینسی سے بچ سکتے ہیں۔ مرد اور خواتین دونوں کے لیے vasectomy (خواتین کے لیے Salpingectomy) سرجری موجود ہے، جس سے آپ تقریباً مستقل طور پر مانع حمل کو قائم رکھ سکتے ہیں۔
8- کچھ مزید طریقے
اوپر بیان کئے گئے طریقوں کے علاؤہ contraceptive ring کا طریقہ بھی موجود ہے جس میں جس میں ایک چھوٹا سا ہارمنونز خارج کرنے والا لچک دار ring عورت کے تولیدی نظام میں فٹ کیا جاتا ہے یہ ring بیضے کو بننے نہیں دیتا، ساتھ ہہ سپرم کو روکتا ہے۔ اسکے علاوہ diaphragm کا طریقہ موجود ہے جو کہ سپرم کے لیے رکاوٹ پیدا کرتا ہے۔ ان طریقوں کو عورت خود استعمال کرسکتی ہے۔
سب سے کامیاب طریقہ کون سا ہے ؟
سب بیان کردہ طریقے ہی بہت حد تک کامیاب ہیں، عام طور پر کونڈمز کو سب سے آسان اور محفوظ طریقہ مانا جاتا ہے۔ اگر آپ زیادہ احتیاط کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو کسی ایک طریقے کے ساتھ ساتھ کونڈم کو بھی استعمال کرسکتے ہیں، جیسا کہ ہارمونز کے انجیکشن کے بعد بھی کونڈم استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے، خاص کر جب STDs کا خطرہ بھی ہو۔ ساتھ ہی گولیوں یا باقی طریقوں کے کچھ ممکنہ سائڈ ایفکٹس بھی ہوسکتے ہیں، جب کہ کونڈمز کے سائڈ ایفکٹس ان جیسے نہیں۔ بہرحال یہ کسی بھی جوڑے پر منحصر ہے کہ وہ کون سا طریقہ اپنانا چاہتے ہیں، کون سے طریقے سے وہ مطمئن ہیں۔ کوئی طریقہ اپنانے سے پہلے متعلقہ ڈاکٹر سے مشورہ ایک اچھا اقدام ہے۔

6- Emergency contraceptive pills

7- Surgery
Pregnancy can also be avoided through surgery. There is vasectomy (salpingectomy for women) surgery for both men and women, which allows you to maintain contraception almost permanently.
8- Some more methods
In addition to the methods described above, there is also the contraceptive ring method, in which a small flexible ring that releases hormones is fitted into the female reproductive system. Is. Which is the most successful method?
All the methods mentioned are very successful, condoms are generally considered to be the easiest and safest method. If you want to be extra careful, you can use a condom with either method, as can condoms after injecting hormones, especially when there is a risk of STDs. Also, pills or other methods may have some potential side effects, while condoms do not. However, it depends on any couple which method they want to adopt, which method they are comfortable with.
